Gweithdrefnau pan fo sampl i gael ei dadansoddi

23.—(1) Pan fo swyddog awdurdodedig wedi caffael sampl o dan adran 29 o'r Ddeddf a phan yw o'r farn y dylid ei dadansoddi rhaid iddo rannu'r sampl yn dair rhan.

(2) Os yw'r sampl yn cynnwys cynhwysyddion wedi eu selio ac y byddai eu hagor, ym marn y swyddog awdurdodedig, yn llesteirio dadansoddiad priodol, rhaid i'r swyddog awdurdodedig rannu'r sampl yn rhannau drwy roi'r cynhwysyddion mewn tair lot, a chaiff pob lot ei drin fel rhan.

(3) Rhaid i'r swyddog awdurdodedig—

(a)os oes angen, rhoi pob rhan mewn cynhwysydd addas a'i selio;

(b)marcio pob rhan neu bob cynhwysydd;

(c)cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol gwneud hynny, rhoi un rhan i'r perchennog a'i hysbysu yn ysgrifenedig y bydd y sampl yn cael ei dadansoddi;

(ch)cyflwyno un rhan i gael ei dadansoddi yn unol ag adran 30 o'r Ddeddf; a

(d)cadw un rhan i'w gyflwyno yn y dyfodol o dan reoliad 24.
