Y safon ofynnol i sicrhau nad oes ymfudiad aminau aromatig cynradd

10.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (4), mae deunydd neu eitem a weithgynhyrchwyd gan ddefnyddio aminau aromatig sylfaenol yn bodloni'r safon ofynnol o dan y rheoliad hwn os nad yw'n gallu trosglwyddo'r cyfryw aminau (a fynegir fel anilin), mewn swmp canfyddadwy, i fwyd y gall y deunydd neu'r eitem plastig hwnnw ddod i gyffyrddiad ag ef.

(2) Mae Rhan B o Atodlen V yn cael ei heffaith at ddibenion rhagnodi'r manylebion, ar gyfer eitemau penodol a restrir yn Adran A neu B o Atodiad II, Adran A neu B o Atodiad III, neu Atodiad IV, ar gyfer yr eitemau hynny y cyfeirir atynt yng ngholofn 4 o'r Atodiad neu'r Adran o'r Atodiad o dan sylw.

(3) At ddibenion paragraff (1) ystyr swmp canfyddadwy yw o leiaf 0.01 miligram y cilogram o fwyd neu efelychyn bwyd.

(4) Nid yw'r gofyniad ym mharagraff (1) yn gymwys i aminau aromatig cynradd a restrir yn y Gyfarwyddeb.
