Penodi aelod o'r cyd-bwyllgor, cadeirydd neu glerc

2.—(1) Mae'r is-baragraff hwn yn gymwys pan fo person perthnasol yn bresennol mewn cyfarfod o'r cyd-bwyllgor a'r pwnc o dan ystyriaeth yw—

(a)penodiad y person ei hun, ei ailbenodi, ei atal neu ei symud o'i swydd fel aelod o'r cyd-bwyllgor;

(b)penodiad y person ei hun neu ei symud o'i swydd fel clerc, neu gadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd y cyd-bwyllgor;

(c)os yw'r person yn noddwr-lywodraethwr, unrhyw benderfyniad o dan baragraff 2 o Atodlen 4 i'r Rheoliadau Llywodraethu Ysgolion a Gynhelir o ran y ddarpariaeth yn yr offeryn llywodraethu ar gyfer noddwyr-lywodraethwyr.

(2) Mewn unrhyw achos pan fo is-baragraff (1) yn gymwys, ymdrinnir â buddiannau'r person perthnasol at ddibenion rheoliad 9(2) fel rhai sy'n gwrthdaro â buddiannau'r cyrff llywodraethu sy'n cydweithredu.
