The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
Title, application and commencement
1. The title of these Regulations is the Bluetongue (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2008; they apply in relation to Wales come into force on 19 June 2008.
Amendment
2. In regulation 17 of the Bluetongue (Wales) Regulations 2008(1) the second reference to “Secretary of State” is deleted and replaced with “Welsh Ministers”.
