3.—(1) Gwaherddir pysgota am gŵn gleision (heblaw â gwialen a lein).
(2) Os cymerir cŵn gleision ar fwrdd cwch, caniateir eu cadw ar yr amod nad yw cyfanswm y pwysau byw dros 45 cilogram mewn diwrnod.
(3) Ym mharagraff (2), ystyr “pwysau byw” yw pwysau carcasau cŵn gleision wedi eu diberfeddu wedi eu lluosogi â ffactor o 1.125.
