Enwi, chychwyn a cyhmhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Cŵn Gleision (Gwahardd eu Pysgota) (Cymru) 2008 a daw i rym ar 1 Gorffennaf 2008.
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau'r erthygl hon, mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.
(3) Nid yw'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i lestri pysgota—
(a)o fewn ystyr Erthygl 3(c) o Reoliad y Cyngor (EC) 2371/2002 ar gadwraeth a defnydd cynaliadwy o adnoddau pysgodfeydd o dan y Polisi Pysgodfeydd Cyffredin(1), sydd wedi eu cofrestru mewn Aelod-wladwriaeth arall; neu
(b)sydd wedi eu cofrestru mewn trydedd wlad.
