2. In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the principal Regulations, insert the following definitions in the appropriate place in the alphabetical order—
““the Statistics Board” means the Statistics Board established under section 1 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007(1);
“the Chief Medical Officer for Wales” means the Chief Medical Officer to the Welsh Assembly Government;”.
