Adnabod anifeiliaid a gafodd eu hadnabod cyn 22 Ionawr 2008

7.—(1) Mae'r erthygl hon yn gymwys i anifeiliaid sy'n cael eu hadnabod cyn 22 Ionawr 2008.

(2) Dim ond y modd adnabod cyntaf, fel a osodir yn erthygl 4(2)(a) o Reoliad y Cyngor, sy'n ofynnol ar gyfer anifeiliaid a gafodd eu hadnabod â Rhif unigryw cyn 22 Ionawr 2008.

(3) Yn achos anifeiliaid a gafodd eu hadnabod cyn 22 Ionawr 2008, ond pan nad yw'r marc adnabod presennol yn cynnwys Rhif unigryw, rhaid i geidwad ailadnabod yr anifeiliaid hynny cyn eu symud o ddaliad fel eu bod yn dwyn dau fodd adnabod—

(a)yn achos anifail sydd ar ei ddaliad geni, rhaid iddynt fod yn unol â'r darpariaethau yn Erthygl 4(2)(a) a (b) o Reoliad y Cyngor; neu

(b)yn achos anifail nad yw ar ei ddaliad geni, rhaid iddynt fod yn ddau dag cyfnewid, ac yn yr achos hwnnw rhaid i'r ceidwad gofnodi gwybodaeth am ychwanegu'r modd adnabod newydd gan gynnwys y cod adnabod yn llawn ar y tagiau cyfnewid a llythrennau a nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre ar y modd adnabod blaenorol yng ngholofnau 1, 2 a 3 o'r gofrestr.
