Gorchymyn Defaid a Geifr (Cofnodion, Adnabod a Symud) (Cymru) 2008

Cyfnewid y marc adnabod â chod gwahanol ar gyfer anifeiliaid â thagiau dwbl sydd wedi colli'r ddau farc adnabod

18.—(1) Mae'r erthygl hon yn gymwys pan fo'r ddau farc adnabod gan anifail â ffurf adnabod dwbl ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy.

(2) Os yw'r anifail ar ei ddaliad geni rhaid i'r ceidwad—

(a)cyfnewid y modd adnabod neu fodd adnabod hyn sydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy â dau dag adnabod newydd neu dag adnabod a thatŵ; a

(b)cofnodi gwybodaeth am y cyfnewid yng ngholofn 1, 2 a 3 o adran 2 o'r gofrestr.

(3) Os bydd nod gwreiddiol y ddiadell neu nod gwreiddiol yr eifre ar anifail neu'r cod ar fodd adnabod o'r newydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy yn hysbys ac nad yw'r anifail ar ei ddaliad geni, rhaid i'r ceidwad naill ai—

(a)cyfnewid y marciau adnabod sydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy â dau dag cyfnewid neu â thag cyfnewid a thatŵcyfnewid ac—

(i)cofnodi gwybodaeth am y cyfnewid gan gynnwys y cod adnabod llawn ar y modd adnabod o'r newydd yng ngholofnau 1 a 2 o adran 2 o'r gofrestr; a

(ii)cofnodi yng ngholofn 3 o adran 2 o'r gofrestr

(aa)os yw'n hysbys, llythrennau a nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre ar y modd adnabod neu'r modd adnabod hyn sydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy, neu'r cod llawn ar ddull adnabod; neu

(bb)os nad yw'r pethau hyn yn hysbys, llythrennau a nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre ar y modd adnabod o'r newydd sydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy; neu

(b)cyfnewid y modd adnabod neu fodd adnabod hyn sydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy â dau dag adnabod sy'n dwyn nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre o ddaliad geni'r anifail.

(4) Os nad yw nod gwreiddiol y ddiadell neu nod gwreiddiol yr eifre yn hysbys, rhaid i'r ceidwad:

(a)cyfnewid y marciau adnabod sydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy â dau dag cyfnewid neu â thag cyfnewid a thatw cyfnewid; a

(b)cofnodi gwybodaeth am y cyfnewid yng ngholofn 1 a 2 o adran 2 o'r gofrestr.
