15.  Os yw'n ofynnol i geidwad yn ôl erthygl 14(3) i gyfnewid marc adnabod sydd ar goll neu'n annarllenadwy caiff wneud hynny gyda modd adnabod sydd â chod adnabod yn union yr un fath ac yn yr achos hwnnw rhaid iddo gofnodi'r wybodaeth am y cyfnewid yng ngholofnau 1 a 2 o adran 2 o'r gofrestr.
