Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion sy'n Dod o Anifeiliaid (Rheoli Clefydau) (Cymru) 2008

1.  Rhaid i gig dan gyfyngiadau o anifeiliaid gael ei farcio â marc adnabod—

(a)sy'n groes groeslin, a osodwyd ar ben y marc iechyd neu'r marc adnabod a osodir o dan erthygl 5 o Reoliad (EC) Rhif 853/2004 Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor sy'n gosod rheolau hylendid penodedig ar gyfer bwyd sy'n dod o anifeiliaid(1) neu erthygl 4 o Reoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 2076/2005 sy'n gosod trefniadau trosiannol ar gyfer gweithredu Rheoliad (EC) Rhif 853/2004, (EC) Rhif 854/2004 ac (EC) Rhif 882/2004 Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor ac sy'n diwygio Rheoliadau (EC) Rhif 853/2004 a (EC) Rhif 854/2004(2), sy'n ddwy linell syth sy'n croesdorri ar ganol y stamp ac sy'n caniatáu i'r wybodaeth a geir ar y marc sydd yno barhau'n ddarllenadwy, neu

(b)stamp hirgrwn unigol, ei led yn 6.5 cm a'i uchder yn 4.5 cm, y mae'r wybodaeth ganlynol yn ddarllenadwy arno:

(i)ar y rhan uchaf, y llythrennau UK;

(ii)yn y canol, rhif cymeradwyo'r sefydliad;

(iii)ar y rhan isaf, y llythrennau EC;

(iv)dwy linell syth sy'n croesi ar ganol y stamp yn y fath fodd nad yw'r wybodaeth yn cael ei chuddio;

(v)gwybodaeth sy'n dynodi pwy oedd yr arolygydd milfeddygol a arolygodd y cig.
