Y driniaeth i'r cigY clefydau y mae'r driniaeth yn effeithiol yn eu herbyn

(a)Triniaeth wresogi mewn cynhwysydd aerglos â gwerth F o 3 neu fwy (lle F yw effaith lladd sborau bacterol: mae gwerth F o 3 yn golygu bod y pwynt oeraf yn y cynnyrch wedi'i wresogi'n ddigonol i gyflawni'r un effaith ladd â 121°C mewn tair munud gyda chynhesu ac oeri enydaidd)

(b)Triniaeth wresogi ar dymheredd sydd o leiaf yn 70°C y mae'n rhaid ei gyrraedd ym mhob cwr o'r cig

Pob clefyd ac eithrio clwy Affricanaidd y moch

(c)Triniaeth wresogi ar dymheredd sydd o leiaf yn 80°C y mae'n rhaid ei gyrraedd ym mhob cwr o'r cig

(ch)Triniaeth wresogi mewn cynhwysydd aerglos hyd at o leiaf 60°C am o leiaf 4 awr ac yn ystod yr amser hwn rhaid i'r tymheredd craidd fod o leiaf yn 70°C am 30 o funudau

(d)Eplesu ac aeddfedu am gyfnod heb fod yn llai na naw mis ar gyfer cig heb esgyrn sy'n rhoi o ganlyniad y nodweddion canlynol: Gweithgaredd Dwr (Aw) â gwerth heb fod yn fwy na 0.93 neu werth pH o ddim mwy na 6
