Gwahardd cyflenwi ac allforio cig

9.—(1) Rhaid i berson beidio —

(a)cyflenwi cig dan gyfyngiadau; neu

(b)allforio cig dan gyfyngiadau.

(2) Nid yw'r gwaharddiad ym mharagraff (1)(a) yn gymwys i gig dan gyfyngiadau o ddofednod dan gyfyngiadau a fwriadwyd ar gyfer cyflenwi'r farchnad ddomestig ar yr amod—

(a)bod meddiannydd y lladd-dy lle y cynhyrchwyd y cig wedi cydymffurfio â rheoliadau 10, 12, 13 a 15(1) a (2);

(b)bod unrhyw berson sy'n meddu ar y cig yn cydymffurfio â rheoliadau 12(2) a 13; ac

(c)bod meddiannydd y fangre lle y mae torri, paratoi, prosesu, pacio, lapio, storio neu drin y cig yn digwydd yn cydymffurfio â rheoliadau 13 a 15(2) a (3).

(3) Y “farchnad ddomestig” (“domestic market”) yw'r farchnad ar gyfer gwerthu cig dofednod yng Nghymru, Lloegr, yr Alban a Gogledd Iwerddon.
