Cig o fangre dan amheuaeth neu fangre heintiedig
7.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n meddu ar gig sy'n dod o anifail dan gyfyngiadau neu ddofednod dan gyfyngiadau sy'n deillio o fangre dan amheuaeth o'r dyddiad perthnasol, neu gig a ddaeth i gyffyrddiad â'r cyfryw gig, ddal gafael ar y cig hwnnw hyd nes y bydd y fangre honno yn peidio â bod bellach yn fangre dan amheuaeth.
(2) Mae paragraff (1) yn gymwys ond dim ond os yw'r person sy'n meddu ar y cig yn ymwybodol neu os dylai'n rhesymol fod wedi bod yn ymwybodol fod y cig yn dod o anifail dan gyfyngiadau neu ddofednod dan gyfyngiadau sy'n deillio o fangre dan amheuaeth o'r dyddiad perthnasol, neu'n gig a ddaeth i gyffyrddiad â'r cyfryw gig.
(3) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n meddu ar gig a gynhyrchwyd o anifail dan gyfyngiadau neu ddofednod dan gyfyngiadau sy'n deillio o fangre dan amheuaeth o'r dyddiad perthnasol, neu gig a ddaeth i gyffyrddiad â'r cyfryw gig, ddistrywio'r cig hwnnw'n ddi-oed.
