Dynodi mangreoedd, lladd-dai a sefydliadau trin anifeiliaid hela

5.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddynodi unrhyw sefydliad neu fangre at ddibenion cigydda anifeiliaid neu ddofednod, neu dorri, paratoi, prosesu, pacio, lapio, storio neu drin cig.

(2) O ran dynodi o dan y Rheoliadau hyn—

(a)rhaid iddo fod yn ysgrifenedig;

(b)caiff fod yn ddarostyngedig i amodau; ac

(c)ceir ei ddiwygio, ei atal neu ei ddirymu drwy hysbysiad.

(3) Mae mangreoedd a sefydliadau a ddynodir gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, Gweinidogion yr Alban neu Adran Amaethyddiaeth a Datblygu Gwledig Gogledd Iwerddon ar gyfer yr un dibenion ag y ceir eu dynodi o dan y Rheoliadau hyn yn fangreodd neu'n sefydliadau dynodedig at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn.

(4) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn, mae “dynodedig” (“designated”) yn cyfeirio at fangreoedd a sefydliadau sy'n ddynodedig o dan y rheoliad hwn.
