Tramgwyddau ac achosion

21.—(1) Mae darpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf yn gymwys fel petai'r Rheoliadau hyn yn Orchymyn a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf—

(a)adran 66 (gwrthod a rhwystro);

(b)adran 71A(1) (erlyniadau: terfyn amser);

(c)adran 73 (tramgwyddau cyffredinol);

(ch)adran 77 (arian y gellir ei adennill yn ddiannod);

(d)adran 79(1) i (4) (tystiolaeth a gweithdrefn).

(2) Mae adran 75 o'r Ddeddf(2) (cosbau am dramgwyddau diannod penodol) yn gymwys fel pe bai'r Rheoliadau hyn yn Orchymyn a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf ac eithrio bod rhaid i unrhyw gyfnod o garchar ar gollfarn ddiannod beidio â bod yn hwy na thri mis.
