Gofynion o ran llaeth a chynhyrchion llaeth

16.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddatgan bod gofynion o ran llaeth a chynhyrchion llaeth yn gymwys os ydynt o'r farn bod y gofynion hynny yn angenrheidiol i leihau'r risg o ymlediad clefyd.

(2) Mae “llaeth a chynhyrchion llaeth” (“milk and milk products”) yn cynnwys llaeth gwartheg, llaeth geifr, llaeth mamogiaid a chynhyrchion a gafwyd o'r cyfryw laeth a fwriadwyd ym mhob achos ar gyfer ei yfed neu ei fwyta gan bobl.

(3) O ran datganiad o dan baragraff (1)—

(a)rhaid iddo fod yn ysgrifenedig;

(b)ceir ei ddiwygio drwy ddatganiad pellach ar unrhyw bryd; ac

(c)dim ond drwy ddatganiad pellach y gellir ei ddirymu.
