13.—(1) Rhaid i feddiannydd sefydliad sicrhau bod cig dan gyfyngiadau wedi'i farcio yn unol ag Atodlen 3.

(2) Rhaid i berson beidio â bod â chig dan gyfyngiadau yn ei feddiant neu dan ei reolaeth onid yw wedi'i farcio yn unol ag Atodlen 3.

(3) Rhaid i berson beidio â thynnu oddi yno farc a osodwyd o dan y rheoliad hwn ac eithrio er mwyn galluogi torri, paratoi, prosesu, pacio neu drin cig dan gyfyngiadau.

(4) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n tynnu oddi yno farc a osodwyd o dan y rheoliad hwn, heblaw person sy'n trin cig mewn canolfan driniaeth â thriniaeth a restrir yn Atodlen 2, ailosod y marc, ynghyd â rhif cymeradwyo priodol y safle, ar ôl torri, paratoi, prosesu, pacio neu drin y cig.
