Sefydliadau trin anifeiliaid hela

11.—(1) Caiff meddiannydd sefydliad trin anifeiliaid hela dderbyn cig dan gyfyngiadau ond dim ond os yw'r sefydliad hwnnw'n ddynodedig.

(2) Rhaid i feddiannydd sefydliad trin anifeiliaid hela lle yr amheuir bod clefyd yno neu lle y cadarnheir bod clefyd yno ddal gafael ar yr holl gig sydd yn y sefydliad trin anifeiliaid hela nes bod arolygydd milfeddygol yn hysbysu'r meddiannydd hwnnw fod yr arolygydd wedi'i fodloni nad oes angen dal gafael bellach yn yr holl gig neu rywfaint o'r cig hwnnw i leihau'r risg o drosglwyddo clefyd.
