Apelau yn erbyn hysbysiadau gwella a gwahardd
9.—(1) Caiff person y mae hysbysiad gwella neu wahardd yn cael ei gyflwyno iddo apelio yn erbyn yr hysbysiad cyn pen 21 o ddiwrnodau i'r person a benodir at y diben hwnnw gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(2) Rhaid i'r person penodedig ystyried yr apêl ac unrhyw sylwadau a gyflwynir gan Weinidogion Cymru ac adrodd yn ysgrifenedig, gan argymell camau gweithredu, i Weinidogion Cymru.
(3) Yna caiff Gweinidogion Cymru naill ai ddiddymu'r hysbysiad neu ei gadarnhau, gyda neu heb addasiadau, a rhaid iddynt hysbysu'r apelydd gan roi'r rhesymau dros eu penderfyniad.
