(a)unrhyw beth y mae person wedi'i awdurdodi i'w wneud drwy drwydded a roddwyd o dan Orchymyn Pathogenau Anifeiliaid Penodedig 1998(1);
(b)unrhyw ganolfan gwarantîn neu gyfleuster cwarantîn a gymeradwywyd o dan Reoliadau Anifeiliaid a Chynhyrchion Anifeiliaid (Mewnforio ac Allforio) (Cymru) 2006(2);
(c)rhoi brechlyn at ddibenion ymchwil yn unol â thystysgrif prawf anifeiliaid a roddwyd o dan Reoliadau Meddyginiaethau Milfeddygol 2007(3).
