Cadarnhau bod y tafod glas mewn mangre
11. Pan fo arolygydd milfeddygol wedi'i fodloni bod y tafod glas yn bodoli mewn unrhyw fangre, caniateir iddo gyflwyno i'r meddiannydd neu i geidwad unrhyw anifeiliaid yn y fangre honno hysbysiad—
(a)sy'n cadarnhau bod y tafod glas yn bodoli yn y fangre; a
(b)sy'n hysbysu'r meddiannydd, er gwaethaf rheoliad 8, nad oes angen hysbysu'r Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol o unrhyw achosion pellach lle'r amheuir bod y tafod glas yn y fangre.
