Parthau rheoli dros dro
10.—(1) Os yw arolygydd yn amau bod feirws y tafod glas yn bodoli yn unrhyw fangre, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddatgan parth rheoli dros dro.
(2) Pan fo parth rheoli dros dro wedi ei sefydlu yn Lloegr a bod y parth hwnnw'n cyffwrdd â ffin Cymru, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru sefydlu parth rheoli dros dro cysylltiedig yng Nghymru.
(3) Rhaid i leoliad a maint y parth rheoli dros dro fod yn briodol, ym marn Gweinidogion Cymru, i atal y clefyd rhag lledaenu.
(4) Pan fo parth rheoli dros dro wedi ei sefydlu, ni chaiff neb symud unrhyw anifail i fangre neu o fangre sydd yn y parth ac eithrio'n unol â thrwydded a ddyroddwyd gan arolygydd milfeddygol.
(5) Mae parth rheoli dros dro yn peidio â bod mewn unrhyw ardal sy'n cael ei hymgorffori wedyn mewn parth rheoli neu barth dan gyfyngiadau.
