43. Licences and approvals granted under the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Animal Health) (England and Wales) Regulations 1985(1) will continue to have effect as if they were approvals or licences granted under these Regulations in accordance with the following table, provided that, in the case of premises, the premises comply with, and are operated in accordance with, the provisions of these Regulations—
