Anifeiliaid buchol y caniateir i semen gael ei gasglu oddi wrthynt

19.  Ni chaiff neb gasglu semen oddi wrth anifail buchol i'w ddefnyddio at ddiben ffrwythloni artiffisial onid yw'r anifail buchol—

(a)wedi'i gymeradwyo at y diben hwnnw gan Weinidogion Cymru;

(b)wedi'i nodi'n unol â rheoliadau adnabod gwartheg;

(c)heb amlygu unrhyw arwyddion clinigol o glefyd ar y diwrnod y mae'r semen i'w gasglu;

(ch)heb ei frechu yn erbyn clwy'r traed a'r genau o fewn y 30 o ddiwrnodau cyn y dyddiad casglu;

(d)heb ei adael i serfio'n naturiol ers dyddiad y cais am ei gymeradwyo at ddibenion casglu semen; ac

(dd)(pan fo'i semen i'w gyflenwi fel semen ffres) wedi'i gadw mewn canolfan gasglu CE neu ganolfan gasglu ddomestig am gyfnod parhaus o 30 o ddiwrnodau o leiaf cyn y dyddiad y caiff y semen ei gasglu.
