Cymryd samplau gwaed a phrofi ar gyfer twbercwlosis buchol

17.—(1) Yr unig rai a gaiff ymgymryd â gwaith cymryd samplau gwaed i'w dadansoddi mewn labordy yw—

(a)milfeddyg canolfan;

(b)arolygydd sydd wedi cymhwyso fel milfeddyg; neu

(c)person sy'n bodloni'r amodau a nodir yn erthyglau 3(2)(a) neu 3(2)(b) o Orchymyn Milfeddygaeth (Samplu Gwaed) 1983(1) ac y mae'r person cymwysedig perthnasol ar ei gyfer, a ddisgrifir yn yr erthyglau hynny, yn filfeddyg canolfan neu'n arolygydd sydd wedi cymhwyso fel milfeddyg.

(2) Dim ond milfeddyg sydd wedi'i gymeradwyo gan Weinidogion Cymru at y diben hwnnw a gaiff brofi ar gyfer twbercwlosis buchol.
