Swm y gosb

7.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), os bydd hysbysiad o gosb benodedig wedi'i rhoi ynglyn â thramgwydd a nodir yng ngholofn 2 o'r Tabl yn Atodlen 2 i'r Rheoliadau hyn, ac a ddisgrifir yn gryno yng ngholofn 3 o'r Tabl hwnnw, y gosb ar gyfer y tramgwydd hwnnw fydd y swm a nodir ynglŷn ag ef yng ngholofn 4.

(2) Os, ynglyn â thramgwydd o'r fath, caiff taliad ei wneud cyn diwedd y cyfnod a bennir ym mharagraff 5(1) o Atodlen 4B i Ddeddf 1991, neu os na fydd diwrnod olaf y cyfnod yn digwydd ar ddiwrnod gwaith, cyn diwedd y diwrnod gwaith canlynol yn unol â pharagraff 5(3) o'r Atodlen honno, y gosb ar gyfer y tramgwydd hwnnw fydd yn hytrach y swm a nodir, ynglyn ag ef, yng ngholofn 5.
