International Development Act 2002 (c. 1)

32.—(1) The International Development Act 2002 is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1 (statutory bodies to which section 9 applies) —

(a) the words “A Health Authority” are omitted; and

(b) the words “A Local Health Board” are inserted in the appropriate alphabetical position.
