SCHEDULE Modifications to Acts of Parliament relating to the abolition of Welsh Health Authorities and creation of Local Health Boards

Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (c. 37)

29.—(1) The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 is amended as follows.

(2) For “health authority” there is substituted “Local Health Board” in the following sections —

(a) section 5 (authorities responsible for strategies), in subsection (1)(f);

(b) section 38 (local provision of youth justice services) in subsection (2)(b);

(c) section 39 (youth offending teams) in subsections (3)(b) and (5)(d);

(d) section 41 (the youth justice board), in subsection (10);

(e) section 42 (supplementary provisions), in subsection (3); and

(f) section 115 (disclosure of information) in subsection (2)(f).
