Deddf Plant 1989 (p.44)

20.—(1) Diwygir Deddf Plant 1989 fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn lle “Health Authority” rhodder “Local Health Board” yn yr adrannau canlynol —

(a)adran 21 (darparu llety ar gyfer plant dan ofal yr heddlu neu mewn canolfan gadw neu ar remand, etc), yn is-adran (3);

(b)adran 24 (personau sy'n gymwys i gael cyngor neu gymorth) yn is-adran (2)(d)(i);

(c)adran 24C (gwybodaeth) yn is-adran (2)(b);

(ch)adran 27 (cydweithredu rhwng awdurdodau), yn is-adran (3)(d);

(d)adran 29 (adennill costau a chostau darparu gwasanaethau etc), yn is-adran (8)(c);

(e)adran 47 (dyletswydd awdurdod lleol i ymchwilio), yn is-adran (11)(d);

(f)adran 80 (archwilio cartrefi plant etc gan bersonau sydd wedi eu hawdurdodi gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol) yn is-adrannau (1)(d) a (5)(e); a

(g)adran 85 (plant sy'n cael llety gan awdurdodau iechyd ac awdurdodau addysg lleol), yn is-adran (1).

(3) Yn adran 105 (dehongli), mewnosoder, yn y man priodol yn nhrefn yr wyddor ““Local Health Board” means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006;”.
