Deddf Iechyd y Cyhoedd (Rheoli Clefydau) 1984 (p.22)

14.—(1) Diwygir Deddf Iechyd y Cyhoedd (Rheoli Clefydau) 1984 fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn adran 1 (awdurdodau sy'n gweinyddu'r ddeddf), yn is-adran (4)(b) yn lle “Health Authorities” rhodder “Local Health Boards”.

(3) Yn adran 11 (achosion o glefydau hysbysadwy a gwenwyn bwyd i gael eu cofnodi), yn is-adrannau (3)(a) a (3)(b)(ii) yn lle “Health Authority”, ym mhob man y digwydd, rhodder “Local Health Board”.

(4) Yn adran 12 (ffioedd ar gyfer tystysgrifau o dan s11), yn is-adran (1) yn lle “Health Authority” rhodder “Local Health Board”.

(5) Yn adran 13 (rheoliadau ar gyfer rheoli clefydau arbennig), yn is-adran (4)(a) yn lle “Health Authorities” rhodder “Local Health Boards”.

(6) Yn adran 37 (symud person sydd â chlefyd hysbysadwy i'r ysbyty) —

(a)yn is-adrannau (1)(c) a (1A) yn lle “Health Authority”, ym mhob man y digwydd, rhodder “Local Health Board”; a

(b)yn is-adran (1)(c) cyn y geiriau “or other person” mewnosoder “, Local Health Board”.

(7) Yn adran 39 (ceidwad llety cyffredin i hysbysu achos o glefyd heintus), yn is-adran (3) yn lle “Health Authority” rhodder “Local Health Board”.

(8) Yn adran 41 (symud trigiannydd llety cyffredin gyda chlefyd hysbysadwy i'r ysbyty) —

(a)yn is-adran (1) yn lle “Health Authority”, yn y ddau fan lle y digwydd, rhodder “Local Health Board”; a

(b)yn is-adran 1(c) cyn y geiriau “or any other person” mewnosoder “, Local Health Board”.
