Gorfodi; hysbysiad o gosb

9.—(1) Mae'r ffurfiau hysbysiad o gosb a osodir yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn yn cael eu pennu o ran y tramgwyddau a ddisgrifir ynddynt.

(2) Os bydd newid yn swm cosb benodedig neu swm disgownt neu yn lefel y raddfa safonol, rhaid amrywio'r ffurf berthnasol benodedig er mwyn adlewyrchu'r newid hwnnw.

(3) Caiff awdurdodau gorfodi gynnwys gwybodaeth ar ffurfiau hysbysiad o gosb o ran y dull talu neu i hwyluso prosesu'r ffurflenni'n ariannol ac yn weinyddol a chaiff gynnwys ar y ffurflenni arfbeisiau, logos neu ddyfeisiadau eraill i gynrychioli'r awdurdod.
