Arwyddion dim ysmygu: cerbydau di-fwg

6.—(1) Rhaid i'r person perthnasol o ran cerbyd sy'n ddi-fwg yn rhinwedd rheoliad 4 sicrhau bod arwyddion dim ysmygu sy'n bodloni'r gofynion a bennir ym mharagraff (2) yn cael eu harddangos ar y cerbyd yn unol â'r gofynion sydd ym mharagraff (3).

(2) Rhaid i arwydd dim ysmygu gynnwys darlun graffeg o sigarét yn llosgi o fewn cylch coch sy'n 75 o filimedrau mewn diamedr o leiaf a chyda bar coch ar draws y cylch sy'n croesi symbol y sigarét.

(3) Rhaid arddangos arwydd dim ysmygu sy'n cydymffurfio â gofynion paragraff (2) mewn lle amlwg ym mhob cerbydran o'r cerbyd, y mae to drosti neu'n rhannol drosti, gan gynnwys cerbydran y gyrrwr.

(4) Ym mharagraff (3) nid yw “to” yn cynnwys to a gaiff ei roi o'r neilltu yn gyfan gwbl fel nad yw dros unrhyw ran o gerbydran y caiff personau deithio ynddi.

(5) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn a rheoliad 7, ystyr “person perthnasol” o ran cerbyd di-fwg yw —

(a)y gweithredydd,

(b)y gyrrwr, ac

(c)unrhyw berson mewn cerbyd sy'n gyfrifol am drefn neu am ddiogelwch arno.
