Arwyddion dim ysmygu: mangreoedd di-fwg

5.—(1) At ddibenion adran 6 o'r Ddeddf, rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n meddiannu mangre ddi-fwg neu'n ymwneud â'i rheoli sicrhau bod arwyddion dim ysmygu sy'n bodloni'r gofynion a bennir ym mharagraff (2) yn cael eu harddangos yn y fangre honno yn unol â'r gofynion sydd ym mharagraff (3).

(2) Rhaid i arwydd dim ysmygu —

(a)fod yn fflat, yn betryal o ran ei siâp ac yn 160 o filimetrau wrth 230 o filimetrau o leiaf o ran ei faint;

(b)cynnwys darlun graffeg o sigarét yn llosgi o fewn cylch coch sy'n 85 o filimedrau mewn diamedr o leiaf a chyda bar coch ar draws y cylch sy'n croesi symbol y sigarét;

(c)cynnwys y geiriau canlynol — “Mae ysmygu yn y fangre hon yn erbyn y gyfraith / It is against the law to smoke in these premises”.

(3) Rhaid arddangos arwydd dim ysmygu sy'n cydymffurfio â gofynion paragraff (2) mewn lle amlwg wrth neu gerllaw pob mynedfa i fangre ddi-fwg.
