The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(5), 3, 5(1) and (2), 6, 8(3), 10 and 79(3) of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to, the Health Act 20061 and section 26 of the Welsh Language Act 19932, hereby makes the following Regulations:
