Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Rheoli Cŵn (Darpariaethau Amrywiol) (Cymru) 2007

1—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (2), bydd yn dramgwydd wrth fod â chyfrifoldeb dros fwy nag un ci ar dir y mae gorchymyn rheoli cŵn (a ddisgrifir fel “Gorchymyn Cŵn (Uchafswm Penodedig)” yn y ffurf a osodir isod) yn gymwys iddo, mynd â mwy na'r uchafswm o gŵn a bennir yn y gorchymyn ar y tir hwnnw yn ystod yr amserau neu'r cyfnodau a gaiff eu pennu yn y gorchymyn.

(2) Nid oes tramgwydd yn cael ei gyflawni pan fo gan berson esgus rhesymol dros fynd â mwy na'r nifer penodedig o gŵn ar y tir, nac os yw perchennog y tir, meddiannydd y tir neu berson neu awdurdod arall sydd â chyfrifoldeb dros y tir wedi cydsynio (yn gyffredinol neu'n benodol) iddo wneud hynny.
