Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Rheoli Cŵn (Darpariaethau Amrywiol) (Cymru) 2007

1—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (2), bydd yn dramgwydd wrth fod â chyfrifoldeb dros gi ar dir y mae gorchymyn rheoli cŵn yn gymwys iddo (a ddisgrifir fel “Gorchymyn Cŵn ar Dennyn drwy Gyfarwyddyd” yn y ffurf a osodir isod), i beidio â rhoi'r ci ar dennyn, ac wedi hynny ei gadw arno, neu ar dennyn nad yw'n hwy na'r hyd mwyaf a ragnodir yn y gorchymyn, yn ystod amserau a chyfnodau a gaiff eu rhagnodi, pan geir cyfarwyddyd i wneud hynny gan swyddog awdurdodedig o Awdurdod.

(2) Nid oes tramgwydd yn cael ei gyflawni pan fo gan y person hwnnw esgus rhesymol dros fethu â chydymffurfio â chyfarwyddyd i roi ci ar dennyn a'i gadw arno, nac os yw perchennog y tir, meddiannydd y tir neu berson neu awdurdod arall sydd â rheolaeth dros y tir wedi cydsynio (yn gyffredinol neu'n benodol) i'r person hwnnw fethu â gwneud hynny.
