Gweithdrefnau ar ôl gwneud gorchymyn rheoli cŵn

5.  Ar ôl gwneud gorchymyn rheoli cŵn, rhaid i Awdurdod, ymhen dim llai na saith niwrnod cyn y diwrnod y bydd y gorchymyn yn dod i rym arno—

(a)peri i hysbysiadau o fath y mae'n eu hystyried yn ddigonol gael eu harddangos mewn mannau amlwg ar y tir yr effeithir arno neu gerllaw iddo i dynnu sylw aelodau o'r cyhoedd sy'n defnyddio'r tir hwnnw at y ffaith fod gorchymyn wedi'i wneud ac at effaith gwneud y gorchymyn hwnnw;

(b)cyhoeddi ar ei wefan—

(i)hysbysiad sy'n datgan—

(aa)fod y gorchymyn wedi'i wneud,

(bb)yn lle y gellir cael copïau ohono;

(ii)copi o'r gorchymyn,

(iii)copi o unrhyw fap y cyfeirir ato yn y gorchymyn;

(c)anfon yr wybodaeth y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (i) o is-baragraff (b) at y personau a bennir yn rheoliad 4.
