Mae rheoliad 2 o'r Rheoliadau hyn yn cyflwyno tablau diwygiedig o ddidyniadau o enillion wythnosol, misol a dyddiol ynghylch gorchmynion atafaelu enillion a gaiff eu gwneud yn unol â Rheoliadau'r Dreth Gyngor (Gweinyddu a Gorfodi) 1992.
