2.  At ddibenion paragraff 1—

(a)mae'r canlynol yn gyfryngau cryogenig awdurdodedig—

(i)aer,

(ii)nitrogen, neu

(iii)carbon diocsid;

a

(b)mae eithriad a ganiateir sy'n ymwneud â thymheredd bwyd yn gymwys—

(i)pan fo'r bwyd hwnnw'n cael ei gadw am gyfnodau byr tra bo'n cael ei gludo (gan gynnwys cael ei ddosbarthu'n lleol) ar dymheredd sy'n gynhesach na −18°C ond nid yn gynhesach na −15°C, neu

(ii)pan fo'r bwyd hwnnw'n cael ei gadw mewn cabinet arddangos manwerthol ar dymheredd sy'n gynhesach na −18°C i raddau sy'n gyson ag arferion storio da ond nid yn gynhesach na −12°C.
