| Erthygl 2.1 | Gofyniad bod rhaid gosod offerynnau cofnodi addas yn y cyfrwng ar gyfer cludo, cadw mewn warws a storio deunyddiau bwyd sydd wedi'u rhewi'n gyflym er mwyn i'r offerynnau hynny fonitro yn aml ac yn rheolaidd dymheredd yr aer y mae'r deunyddiau bwyd sydd wedi'u rhewi'n gyflym yn agored iddo. |
