7.  Pan fo gan swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod gorfodi sail resymol, yn sgil arolygiad, dros gredu nad yw'r tymereddau sy'n cael eu cadw neu sydd wedi'u cadw mewn perthynas ag unrhyw ddeunydd bwyd sydd wedi'i rewi'n gyflym yn dymereddau sydd wedi'u rhagnodi ar gyfer bwyd o'r fath ym mharagraff 1(d) ac (dd) o Atodlen 2, rhaid iddo arolygu ymhellach y deunydd bwyd hwnnw sydd wedi'i rewi'n gyflym a'r tymereddau hynny yn unol â darpariaethau Cyfarwyddeb 92/2.
