Rhaid i bob gweithredydd bwyd sy'n trafod deunydd bwyd sydd wedi'i rewi'n gyflym ac sydd wedi'i fwriadu i'w roi ar y farchnad ar gyfer ei fwyta gan bobl sicrhau, yn ystod pob cam y mae'r deunydd bwyd hwnnw yn ei ofal ac o dan ei reolaeth, fod y cyfarpar a ddefnyddir mewn perthynas â'r deunydd bwyd hwnnw yn gyfarpar a all sicrhau na fyddai unrhyw weithred neu anweithred o'i eiddo yn peri bod rhoi ar y farchnad ddeunyddiau bwyd i'w bwyta gan bobl yn mynd yn groes i'r Rheoliadau hyn.
