Pecynnu deunyddiau bwyd sydd wedi'u rhewi'n gyflym ac sydd wedi'u bwriadu ar gyfer y defnyddiwr olaf

4.  Ni chaiff neb roi unrhyw ddeunydd bwyd sydd wedi'i rewi'n gyflym ac sydd wedi'i fwriadu ar gyfer y defnyddiwr olaf ar y farchnad oni bai—

(a)ei fod wedi'i bacio gan ei weithgynhyrchydd neu baciwr mewn rhagbecyn sy'n addas i'w ddiogelu rhag halogiad gan ficrobau a ffurfiau eraill ar halogiad allanol a rhag dadhydradu; a

(b)bod y deunydd bwyd sydd wedi'i rewi'n gyflym wedi aros yn y rhagbecyn hwnnw hyd nes iddo gael ei roi ar y farchnad.
