RHAN IVCYNHYRCHION PYSGODFEYDD
Y ffi am wiriadau milfeddygol a gyflawnwyd ar lwyth o gynhyrchion pysgodfeydd sy'n dod o dan Bennod II o Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 91/493/EEC sy'n gosod yr amodau iechyd ar gyfer cynhyrchu cynhyrchion pysgodfeydd a'u gosod ar y farchnad (OJ Rhif L268, 24.9.91, t. 15) fel y'i diwygiwyd ddiwethaf gan yr Act Ymaelodi (gweler paragraff 3 o Ran V o Atodlen 1), ac eithrio llwyth y mae Rhan II yn gymwys iddo fydd—
(a)30 ewro;
(b)5 ewro fesul tunnell ar gyfer y 100 tunnell cyntaf plws—
(i)1.5 ewro fesul tunnell ychwanegol os nad yw'r llwyth wedi mynd drwy unrhyw broses arall heblaw diberfeddu; neu
(ii)2.5 ewro fesul tunnell ychwanegol ym mhob achos arall; neu
(c)cost wirioneddol y gwiriadau milfeddygol a gyflawnwyd ar y llwyth,
p'un bynnag yw'r mwyaf.
