52. Dim ond os oes gan y milfeddyg swyddogol seilau rhesymol dros gredu—
(a)na chydymffurfiwyd, neu na chydymffurfir, â'r Rheoliadau hyn mewn perthynas â'r cynnyrch a ddychwelwyd;
(b)nad yw'r cynnyrch a ddychwelwyd yn cydymffurfio â'r amodau mewnforio; neu
(c)nad yw manylion adnabod neu gyrchfan y cynnyrch a ddychwelwyd yn cyfateb i'r wybodaeth a roddwyd ar unrhyw ddogfen berthnasol
y mae angen i unrhyw berson y mae rheoliad 18 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol iddo roi cynnyrch a ddychwelwyd gerbron y milfeddyg swyddogol wrth safle arolygu ar y ffin, neu sicrhau fod y cynnyrch hwnnw yn cael ei roi ger ei fron, ganiatáu i filfeddyg swyddogol neu gynorthwyydd a benodwyd yn unol â rheoliad 6(1)(b) neu 6(2)(c), gyflawni gwiriad ffisegol ar y cynnyrch a ddychwelwyd.
