39. Yn y Rhan hon—
ystyr “safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer dod i mewn” (“border inspection post of entry”) yw'r safle arolygu ar y ffin lle y mae cynnyrch tramwy yn dod i mewn i diriogaeth dollau'r Gymuned; ac ystyr
“safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer ymadael” (“border inspection post of exit”) yw'r safle arolygu ar y ffin y bwriedir i gynnyrch tramwy ymadael â thiriogaeth dollau'r Gymuned drwyddo, fel a bennir yn y ddogfen fynediad filfeddygol gyffredin sy'n ymwneud â'r cynnyrch hwnnw.
