Gwaredu cyflenwadau arlwyo nas ddefnyddiwyd
29.—(1) Ni fydd Rhan 3 yn gymwys i gynhyrchion y deuir â hwy i Gymru o gyfrwng cludo sy'n gweithredu'n rhyngwladol a'r rheini'n gynhyrchion a oedd wedi'u bwriadu i'w bwyta gan griw neu deithwyr y cyfrwng cludo hwnnw.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw berson y mae cynnyrch y cyfeiriwyd ato ym mharagraff (1) yn ei feddiant neu o dan ei reolaeth gydymffurfio ag Erthygl 4(2) a (3) o Reoliad (EC) Rhif 1774/2002.
(3) Pan fo eitemau megis deunyddiau pecynnu, neu gytleri neu blatiau tafladwy—
(a)wedi bod mewn cyffyrddiad â chynnyrch y cyfeiriwyd ato ym mharagraff (1); a
(b)yn cael eu dadlwytho o'r cyfrwng cludo er mwyn eu gwaredu,
rhaid i'r person y cyfeiriwyd ato ym mharagraff (2) sicrhau yr ymdrinnir â'r eitemau hynny yn yr un ffordd â'r cynhyrchion eu hunain.
