Tor cyfraith difrifol neu fynych
26.—(1) Pan fo'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol neu'r Asiantaeth yn dod i'r casgliad rhesymol, ar sail canlyniadau gwiriadau milfeddygol, fod cynhyrchion o drydedd wlad benodol, rhan benodol o drydedd wlad neu sefydliad penodol mewn trydedd wlad yn gysylltiedig â thor-cyfraith difrifol neu fynych o unrhyw ofyniad a osodwyd mewn offeryn Cymunedol sy'n ymwneud ag iechyd anifeiliaid neu iechyd y cyhoedd, bydd y rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i'r rhai o blith y deg llwyth nesaf y deuir â hwy i'r Deyrnas Unedig o'r drydedd wlad honno, o ran o drydedd wlad neu o sefydliad, yn ôl y digwydd, y deuir â hwy i Gymru.
(2) Rhaid i'r milfeddyg swyddogol wrth y safle arolygu ar y ffin lle deuir ag unrhyw lwyth o'r fath i mewn, drwy hysbysiad ysgrifenedig a gyflwynir i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y llwyth, ei gymryd o dan ei ofal a chyflawni gwiriad ffisegol ohono, gan gynnwys cymryd samplau a gwneud profion a dadansoddiadau labordy.
(3) Pan fo hysbysiad wedi'i gyflwyno o dan baragraff (2), rhaid i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y llwyth roi yng ngofal y milfeddyg swyddogol flaendal neu warant sy'n ddigonol i sicrhau bod pob ffi sy'n daladwy yn unol â Rhan 9 am wiriadau milfeddygol a gyflawnwyd ar y llwyth, gan gynnwys cymryd samplau, ac am unrhyw brawf neu ddadansoddiad labordy a wnaed ar unrhyw sampl a gymerwyd, yn cael ei thalu.
(4) Os bydd unrhyw wiriad milfeddygol sy'n cael ei gyflawni ar y llwyth yn datgelu bod unrhyw ofyniad a osodwyd mewn offeryn Cymunedol ynglyn ag iechyd anifeiliaid neu iechyd y cyhoedd wedi'i dorri, rhaid i'r milfeddyg swyddogol naill ai anfon y llwyth ymlaen neu ei waredu yn unol â rheoliad 21(3).
