4.  O fewn pedwar diwrnod ar ddeg ar ôl cael cais ysgrifenedig gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol y cynhelir ysgol ganddo, rhaid i'r corff llywodraethu roi i'r awdurdod ar ffurf sy'n ddarllenadwy gan beiriant, drwy wefan ddiogel ar y rhyngrwyd a ddarparwyd at y diben hwnnw gan Weinidogion Cymru, gymaint o'r wybodaeth y cyfeirir ati yn Atodlen 2 i'r Rheoliadau hyn ag y gofynnir amdani felly.
